3. Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Requires a DAE Civil degree with 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.

4. Assistant: Requires a graduate degree with 2 years of work experience and IT training.

5. Electrical Supervisor: Requires matriculation with a diploma in the relevant field and 5 years of experience.

6. Transport Supervisor: Requires matriculation with 15 years of driving experience, including8 years with executive/senior officers. Knowledge of Pakistan Highway Code and possession of a Heavy Duty License are required.

7. Kitchen Supervisor: Requires intermediate education with 5 years of experience in managing large guest house/hotel kitchens.

8. Staff Car Driver: Requires middle school education with 12 years of driving experience, including 5 years with executive/senior officers. Must possess a Heavy Duty License.

9. Lower Division Clerk: Requires matriculation with minimum typing speed and IT training.

10. Plumber: Requires matriculation with a plumber certification course and 5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance.

11. Painter: Requires matriculation with 5 years of experience in painting tasks.

12. Garden Supervisor: Requires middle school education with 10 years of relevant experience.

13. ICT-1 Driver: Requires middle school education with at least 5 years of driving experience and a Heavy Duty License.

14. Dispatch Rider: Requires matriculation and at least 5 years of riding experience, along with a valid driving license.

15. HVAC Technician: Requires matriculation with a diploma in HVACR and 4 years' experience in HVAC equipment operation and maintenance.

16. Electrician: Requires matriculation with an electrical wiring technician certification course and 3 years' experience in electrical wiring maintenance.

17. Qasid, Mali, Attendant, Naib Qasid: Require different levels of education (Matric/Middle) and specific work experiences as specified for each position.
