Criteria:
Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR in a reputable organization or institute.
Duty Station: SRSO Head Office, Sukkur.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Human Resource Manager.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS.

Provide guidelines to new staff and ensure proper onboarding.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
Prepare HR-related documents, including contracts and letters.
Coordinate with district-level administration for staff requirements.
Manage monthly leave records and Leave Management Systems.
Verify degrees and employee cards.
Ensure staff registration on the EOBI portal monthly.
Support compliance efforts related to employee documentation.
Address attendance issues and manage monthly attendance.
Support payroll-related changes and final settlements of exit employees.
