SITUATIONS VACANT
The Directorate General Immigration & Passports is inviting applications for the following positions, purely on Contract Basis, initially for 01 year and extendable on satisfactory performance for another year or until the finalization of regular recruitment through FPSC, whichever is earlier.
Position Details:
Assistant Director (BPS-17)
- Qualification: Second Class Master's Degree.
- Experience: 2 years administrative experience in a Government, Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
- Locations: Anywhere in Pakistan
- Vacancies: 05
- Age Limit: Min 22 Years, Max 30 years
- Quota: Merit-1, Punjab (Open Merit)-2, Sindh (Rural)-1, KPK-1
Network Engineer (BPS-17)
- Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade 'C' Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years in the relevant field.
- Locations: Anywhere in Pakistan
- Vacancies: 02
- Age Limit: Min 22 Years, Max 30 years
- Quota: Merit-1, Punjab (Open Merit)-1
Incharge Software Engineer (BPS-17)
- Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years in the relevant field.
- Locations: Anywhere in Pakistan
- Vacancies: 01
- Age Limit: Min 22 Years, Max 30 years
- Quota: Punjab-1 (Open Merit)

Interested candidates must visit the NTS website: www.nts.org.pk to apply online and read instructions carefully. Application forms filled improperly, incomplete and submitted by hand will not be entertained. Candidates will be required to download the roll number slip from the NTS website and bring it with them on the test day; however, SMS will also be sent to the candidates' registered cell numbers for convenience. Important Notes:
- Last date and time for closing of applications is Monday 6th May, 2024. Applications shall not be accepted after the closing date.
- The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/decrease the number of posts as per recruitment against any post at any stage without assigning any reasons.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
- The contract appointment will be terminated on completion of 2 years or arrival of the permanent incumbent recommended by FPSC, whichever is earlier.
- 2% Disabled quota as per Govt. Policy will be observed.
